Q. How is the logo printed onto the vest?

We currently have three methods of printing your logo onto your safety vest:

• Silk Screen - This method uses ink to print your logo onto the safety vest. Because of the time it takes to set up the screen for printing, there is a 12 vest minimum order for this type of printing. On the bright side, there are no setup fees! This method is your best option if you plan on ordering 12 or more safety vests.

• Vinyl CAD Cut - This method uses a vinyl material that is heat pressed onto your vest. This is the same material used on sports jerseys. Unlike silk screening, there is no minimum order number for this style of printing. Plus, still no setup fees! This method is preferable if you want less than 12 safety vests customized.

• Embroidery - If you want your logo to pop, consider have it stitched onto your safety vest using embroidery. This method is useful for stitching small, intricate logos on the front of the safety vest.

Q. How much work is it to have my safety vests customized?

The process to custom print your safety vest is easy. If you want to customize your safety vests using the silk screening process, simply select the Order Item & Customize tab when you are viewing an item. Once you have filled out the information and your logo has been approved, we'll ship your order out to you within 1 to 2 weeks.
